About the project
The ground floor hosts the living area along with all leisure and service functions, featuring an integrated kitchen seamlessly connected to an external counter.
Upstairs, three bedrooms cater to the family's needs, complemented by a cozy attic serving as a studio and a terrace. Moreover, the house serves as an exploration of concrete structures and finishes.
As such, structural elements like pillars, slabs, and beams are proudly showcased, alongside finishes crafted from cementitious materials.
